But I did have an issue with one of the batteries I ordered recently so I contact support explained what the issue was in my email, within minutes got a reply email saying they would send me a new battery and could I return the faulty one which was a free of charge service. “battery stays on rendering it useless . Not all the battery's do this but this is the second one that does so it needs mentioning and two of a four pack of ten motives refills didn't screw in correctly making those worthless as well.
As a whole good products but disappointing when you come across these duds.”
