“Excellent service - they usually arrive the day after buying. And recently I had a problem with some and contacted them and they gave me the money back for them immediately. I assumed I would have to send the faulty ones back as you have to do with other suppliers. Have been using them for quite a while and this was the first time I had a problem. They are cheaper than other suppliers too. All round an excellent service and will continue to use them.”
“I have been using these for some years now, since giving up smoking cigarettes. They are very well packaged and clean and easy to use. No liquids to make everything tacky and no great billow of smoke as in other products. These are battery driven and just give a satisfactory amount of vapour, comparable to a cigarette. I am very happy with this product. Once in a while I have come across a faulty one but have returned to 10 Motives and replacement has always been sent.”
