“Really pleased with this. Looks like areal cigarette and when you puff at it smoke is released and you can exhale and it really feels like you are smoking the real thing. The taste is different but still pleasing and I have not bought cigarettes since this item arrived so it is saving me money and helping with my health.”

I think these are fine if you only want to use short term, I do not use heavily but find the refills do not last that long really.
