“I bought this and another one in same range. The other one worked straight out of the box but I couldn't get this to work. After spitting tin tacks and getting super cross I sent email of venom to the customer services who calmly told me to hold side button in for 30 seconds to activate reset. It worked. Serves me right! Many thanks to customer services, they were super quick to respond.”
