“Worked for one stick only then failed, went to IQos website and used the reset option, fuctioned after three attempts. But now have to repeat the reset option each time I wish to use painful. The IQOS one is good to use when it works. and a quality product I feel just unlucky to have received a non-functional unit.”
“The Iluma kit is definitely a step up from the previous IQOS product. There is less smell caused by the heating and the design is a lot more slick. Could not recommend more!”
