“Ploom X device is better than expected. If you use Evo Bronze it feels exactly like smoking cigarettes. However, sometimes problem arises with sticks as they are broken when trying to discard used sticks and it is really hard to clean inside. Evo sticks need to be updated.”
“Although the ploom is good value, it's not easy to clean and clogs up quite quickly.. Once it clogged up, I have have had to buy a new one because it no longer accepts a new stick.
I am on my fifth device; although I've followed the instructions to the letter. I can't find any new cleaning sticks in the shop either- maybe it's designed like that.
Compared to its other market one, that's not great as I've got 2 to recycle
That's a shame because it's better to smoke than the other one.
It scratches quite quickly, but I'm not inclined to buy new covers due to its fairly short life. (About 6 months)
I hope it gets an improved design.
The other thing is if a stick gets broken in it, it's impossible to remove it.
However, its price and outside design are really good, and battery life is long.
Generally I much prefer it to the other heeted products.( Intentional spelling mistake there.”
