“Wow! This Product is quite Outstanding! A positively exciting product for a Cigarette Smoker to get hold of. In the first day of delivery I’ve gone from 7Cigs to only 2 of the real thing (and I’m Fussy!) this is testament to how well this product is designed. I initially tried another brand of device which I also liked too, but due to me having a metal allergy I had an issue with the internal Metal heating method being made of stainless steel. With this machine they heat from the outside and while there is some Aluminium foil underneath the paper it doesn’t give me an issue at all! I’m one of those weird ones who had no allergy to actually smoking!….this is THE solution…., the Flavours are all lovely and with a satisfying nicotine hit much like actual cigs. If I could give this 10stars instead of 5 I would! Congrats JT International with your “Ploom X” …..it’s absolutely outstanding for smokers to reduce harm from their vice. Very likely even eliminating the real thing completely with this amazing product. Wonderful service and advise as always with E.T.
