“Have been a customer for several years and only a couple of issues with Dud pods which were quickly resolved. Dud pod issue this year I was asked to give my left arm to to get a refund. Let it go but seemingly I have another box of dead pods..as last issue was not resolved unless I am contacted I will not purchase again and give poor reviews”
