“I like the device and the pods, but as others have said there are too many faulty pods that you put in and after a few puffs the light turns red and won't work. After you add another pod, the light on the device turns blue and works so it's definitely not a battery issue. It's a shame!”
“Two days ago when I wanted to you this device after some vibrating it stopped working completely. I placed my order on 4th January so it's not long time ago. I don't feel like buying new device , still I have some pods pod I don't want to waste money every tw weeks. And you can't see how much liquid you have. I wanted to report the problem with this device but butch number didn't work , doesn't matter what configuration I put.”
“Would not charge when I wanted to use it for the 1st time! Tried using help desk to report it, but that wouldn't work and there is no email address to contact ET. Not happy!!! I now have a load of pods which I can't use!”
