“it's the only liquid I have used as I find other flavours too sweet and sickly. Tried other versions of spearmint but this is the best. The only thing I have noticed is that some of the bottles are easier to squeeze than others, the harder bottles are difficul;t for me to fill the pod, but other than that can't fault these”
