“After receiving 3 bad batches which were blue and tasted awful I only sent 2 back as I had trouble trying to send back the 3rd batch which were deluxe tobacco the other 2 berry ice
I ordered berry ice again and they are all good
But peeved that I am £20 down Deluxe tobacco not blue but very dark and awful tasting I have ordered from you lots and I am sad these 3 batches were bad need more quality control”
