“Switching to heating was not easy. At first I couldn't get used to Iqos. Little smoke, odd taste and constant search for refills that would be best for me. There was no way I could get excited about this. I even had a moment of discouragement and wanted to give up, but in the end I didn't. The first week of transfer was the worst. I constantly felt the lack of a regular cigarette. Although I didn't feel the craving for nicotine, something was missing. I know that some people get used to Iqos much faster. There are also people who cannot get used to it at all. For me, the change came after a week - as if "something" had broken. I began to like the taste of Iqos and felt a feeling of "satiety" after heating it up. Every smoker will understand what I mean. At the moment, I can't imagine going back to cigarettes. I will say even more - the smell of an ordinary cigarette is now terribly irritating to me. This impression is so strong that I am surprised that I ever smoked it. ”
