“Handle is not as substantial as the original that broke but seems reasonably sturdy. The replacement was easy to fit and will hopefully last for a while. Comms from the seller could be improved. Received two emails at the time of purchase and one further four days later, stating my order was complete. This was despite the fact that I hadn't yet received the part. The tracking number for Royal Mail wouldn't work for me but the part turned up a couple of days later. It was only a fairly cheap part but I felt the company's communications could be clearer, especially when I get two requests for a review of the same order just 20 minutes apart..”
