One minor hiccup initially would not plug onto the M1Pro checking the plug there were no bent pins but the side of the plug on the motor was dented in! A pair of long-nosed pliers fixed the problem and the result was perfect a very quiet smooth running M1Pro hence 4 stars”
“The motor is very easy to fit even if you are not a mechanically minded person, just 2 self tappers and 3 bolts to undo and replace and you are done. Simple”
“Had a problem with my S7 remote trolly, emailed the team told them about the problem and error code on display screen, on there advice I ordered a new drive unit and it was delivered next day at no extra delivery charges. Fitted the unit but trolley still didn’t work, contacted motocady told them about the fault and ordered a new circuit board, works fine now, need to give consultants more training”
