“A fair price for a fair product. The quality of the wool, the seams and construction are ok. Definitely don’t use them as standalone gloves if you use walking poles, mine started to show signs of wear after a few hours. Also was disappointed to see they aren’t UK made.”
“These gloves are thin. So dont expect them to protect from sub zero wind chill alone, as a liner they are great. However they are brilliant as a (in the pocket/pack)standby by them selves for cold weather walking non hand hold activity. Because they dont have the grip pimples they will slip on steering wheels handle bar grips etc. (The grip ones are available that also allow touch screen operation). I am glad i invested in a pair, to the point I purchased another pair with the pimples. Sizing is very subjective as in any clothing, im happy.”
