“Still to try out these merino glove liners. As from monday we will be visiting Trondheih Norway and then up into the Artic circle to Bodo so they should get a good trial then.”
“Bought as a glove liner while motorcycling on very cold days. They are great quality. I normally take a large in gloves and the m/l is a little long in the fingers. It's also a little too thick to go under most of my gloves. U will have to stick with silk! That isn't the fault of EDZ. I also wear them as a stand alone glove when out walking on milder winter days.”
“Good for use alone and as a liner for more roomy outer gloves, especially when out walking. For motorcycling use inside outer leather gloves, they have limited flexibility.”
“I am a 55 yr old 4 season commuter cyclist and use a good quality pair of Altura gloves through the winter however this year my hands were really struggling with cold painful numb fingers, I couldnt afford new glove options at £ 50+ and happened on the EDZ website with the merino wool liner gloves at £11.99.
They have been a total life saver, what a massive difference, they are really well made and thin enough to easily slip into the big gloves, excellent at keeping the heat in and breathe really well. I have calculated recent wind chill effects on my hands of between -6C and -10C so they have had a good workout so far.
One small point worth mentioning is make sure you hands are nice and warmed through before you go out because the gloves wont add heat it will take cycling up a big hill to do that.
If you have fairly decent gloves already and need a boost I can recommend the EDZ liner gloves without question the company and product is excellent.
Many Thanks

“Excellent quality and price. I looked high and low for these an no one else comes close to the same kind of product. I only wish the merino wool used was as soft as the EDZ merino wool hat I have but this is a minor point.”
“These gloves have already started to fray after a couple of cycles to work. They are too thick to be liner gloves and don't fit very comfortably under another pair of gloves. Expected better. Doesn't appear to be made to anything like the same quality or standard as the balaclava.”
