“First fan received had a faulty pullcord switch and a couple of missing small parts, Tabs and slots for "clipping" internal grille onto fan assembly are flimsy, awkward and poorly designed.”

“The extract fan was exactly the right size and fitted into the window perfectly. I did find the outer cover very difficult to remove, and fit, even though it has been fitted as per instructions when releasing the the cord to operate the fan the slats will open and the fan doesn't run every time, I found this is due to the cover preventing the arm actuating the fan motor switch, the old fan cover was easily removed by pushing two round buttons in the side panels, this new slot design is a step backwards in my opinion”

“Aesthetically pleasing. Works well although initially the slats were reluctant to open. A spot of lubricant fixed this. Also, the cover was a nightmare to get off whilst installing. All in all, its a good fan which replaces a very old Xpelair fan. Easy enough to wire as it was a direct replacement.”
