“Bought this fan to replace a much earlier VA100 model so as to be able to re-use the same fixings, wall duct and power feed. It turns out to be much noisier than the earlier one and considerably more noisy than an old Xpelair fan of the same dimensions in another bathroom. It may be that it moves more air than the older fans, but without accessing the tecnical specs for all three fans, this is speculation on my part. Whatever, the new VA100XP does its job effectively.”
