“Unfortunately the car park decided to resurface their road adjacent to my car which resulted in tar and concrete being deposited over every panel.
I have had to get the car professionally cleaned to get the hardened tar off the car and Edinburgh airport have been unwilling to date Tommy for this damage to be rectified.”
“Easy to compare cost of this carpark with the other available options. This was outdoor and a short walk to the terminal building but, since we were only away for three days, this was the best, cost effective option.
The weather was fine but I imagine if it was raining, the multistorey would be the better choice.”
“Mid stay parking where I had pre booked & paid was actually closed with no way in. It took some time to find out what to do instead & luckily we had left more time than needed or we could have missed our flight. I feel as we had pre-booked & paid in full in advance we should have been notified of this closure & given alternative instructions. Return & exiting from the car park we eventually got parked in was fine.”
