“Convenient for the airport and well maintained. I was also pleased that I wasn't charged extra when my return flight was delayed for 2 days due to bad weather.”
“I paid online for a mid break space at Edinburgh Airport when I arrived the mid break car park was extremely full. After driving around I eventually parked at what I thought was a designated parking bay which was not obstructing any other vehicles or pedestrians. When I returned from my mid break I went to leave the car park and was charged another £60 at the exit barrier with no explanation as to why I was charged the additional £60 which I find totally disgraceful”
“Parking was great. However on exit I was asked for £180. I had already prepaid. Thankfully a great and most helpful agent was availble and quickly sorted the problem. Still confused whether I need to grab a ticket at the barrier on entry - as nothing happened on arrival. I will deffo use again - indeed I always do !”
“Thieves tried to rob me of £130 to exit the car park when I’d already paid. Not only that but the Apple Maps took me the wrong direction to the car park, meaning I went through pickup which cost me another £6.
Shocking experience.”
