“I've used the Mid Stay twice within the last couple of weeks, and the first time everything was fine - no problems at all. However, on the second time, the barrier machine wouldn't lift when I put my ticket in to exit, and I was told that I had to pay £130! This was sorted very quickly after calling the intercom, but nevertheless, I wasn't happy about this.”
