“Easy to navigate and find a space. However, tried to change £100 upon exit. This is not the first time they have tried to charge excess upon exit. Had to push the help button where I was told it was a mistake. This is the second time this has happened, the first being 8 months ago and have also heard it happen to others so makes me question if it was a mistake”
“I little walk to the terminal, only parked there as the cheapest option as I was picking up my daughter who had been away for a year and did not want to use the drop off area, the airport can do with better signage to direct folks to the arrivals areas”
