“I have a complaint active at present, I could not exit the car park until I paid £90.00. I had already prepaid the parking ahead of my stay and did not park over my time.”
“Despite having pre-paid for parking, on exit the ticket machine informed me that I owed £420. Once I located the assistance button (not readily apparent on the ticket machine) a helpful gentleman informed me that the machine was faulty and lifted the barrier. A frustrating and disappointing episode after a long day of travel.”
“The mid stay is a good option as it is only a short walk to the terminal. I would advise you to take your booking confirmation because on more than one occasion in spite of reg plate recognition I have been asked to pay a very large parking fee as it hasn't linked to my advanced payment booking. This was easily resolved by buzzing for assistance at the exit.”
“Stay was good but exiting was rubbish. Despite pre-paying the machine didn’t recognise my plate and wanted to charge me £110 for 2 days. There were other drivers in the same situation so you need to fix the vehicle recognition.”
“There were no disabled parking spaces and the ticket wanted to charge me £185, despite me booking in advance. A quick call using the button at the barrier sorted the bill though.
There are disabled spaces if you use surface parking but that's more expensive. Are there any dispensations for disabled drivers ?”
“Easy to book. Easy enough to find. Easy to park. However on exit did not recognise my booking as I was told I had a £240 bill to pay. Luckily enough man on end of intercom was very accomodating. And let us out. But didn't need that scare at the end of a pre paid booking”
