“Used this service a few times now and once again found it very convenient and will use again.
the only downside on this journey was that my flight was delayed and I had only factored in a 2-hour delay which was not enough I had to pay extra to leave the parking area. lesson learned allow 4/5 hours for delays to flights”
“Directions could be a lot better and the manage booking options when you log in need to be updated so the customers can make cancelations without having to jump through numerous hoops to do so. I was also asked to pay an additional £4 on exit for no good reason even though I was early leaving the car park. Second cancelation had the same problem, no direct way of making the cancelation and having to relay on filling in their online form and keep fingers crossed that they get back to you.”
