“The dropoff is fine, the main issue is that there's no parent/baby loading area. There are disabled parking bays near the front, but they are always completely full, and we get complaints from other people when using it. Coming back from a holiday, parents will likely have at least a travel buggy, as well as possibly a car seat and travel cot, as well as a bag for the child. Plus a child to wrangle while trying to pack the car!”
