However, this was the second time that our pre-booked parking didn't automatically register and we needed manual intervention to avoid being charged well over GBP200. Not impressed.”
“Arrived back in Edinburgh Airport to a delay in luggage arrival and car keys were not in locker .After a delay I tried to exit car park to find I had to pay another£4 to exit! There was no way to contact the office on the exit machine so after nearly being run over in the rain and returning to the pay machine I paid my £4 charge ( I don't know for what) we were able to make our way home. This was terrible service . Can you explain the £4 charge? If not I would like it refunded My email is cammac347@gmail.com”
“Seemless and easy instructions to get there and pick up. Only slight down side it was three times as dear as some of the other off site car parks.

“Although you have added an overspill parking area, it’s not readily pointed out or clearly sign posted. I wasted 20 mins driving round and round looking for a space before I saw a the sign for the overspill parking. Dozens of people were doing the same. Get some more signs up.”
