“The parking space we were given on arrival was the furthest from the airport and no luggage trollies. As over 60s it is not easy to carry heavy luggage for a distance. On the return journey we found the car equal distance away although at least we had a luggage trolley. Whoever has parked our car, wow it was squint and so close to the car in the next bay that my wife couldn't get in the passenger door, I had to drive the car out to let her in. Just what you want at midnight after travelling all day. Am not as impressed with the service this time as I was last time.”

I understand how frustrating it will have been to discover there were no trolleys available. Our trolleys are in constant rotation, which means once they have left an area, they must be collected by a member of staff, and processed back into their designated zones. This unfortunately takes time, and on this occasion has meant that the area you were located in had no available trolleys.
