“In theory, FastPark sounds very efficient and to be honest it is really, however on arrival it was a little confusing especially early hours of the morning nonetheless thanks to a staff member who kindly assisted confusion was overcome. Upon return noticed the car had been driven over 3 miles whilst in the care of FastPark and there was a lengthy non-penetrating surface scratch which definitely was not present before parking therefore only three stars.”

I am sorry to hear of your recent experience whilst using our car parking services.
When you book valet parking or FastPark you agree to let a member of staff driver your vehicle and park it at a location on Edinburgh airport campus. We consider the three-mile drive to be reasonable for a staff member to look for a parking bay.
As advised in our terms and conditions, any reports of damage must be made to us prior to exit from our car park. This enables us to view the damage and begin our investigation process. Once your car has left our facility, we have no way to track the movements of your vehicle or verify where any alleged damage occurred.
