“It was very difficult to find the entry point to your car park. It turned out when we returned from holiday that we had actually parked in the wrong place. A member of your staff was very very helpful indeed. Mr Robert McLaren was so professional he gave us directions and spoke to the attendant of the car park we had mistakenly parked in about our situation and that attendant opened the barrier for us to drive out. I can't thank Mr McLaren enough I would like you to thank him on our behalf. Apart from the difficulty in finding the proper entry point an innocent mistake on our behalf I would recommend fastpark to anyone.”

“Well rub service. Emailed as I had to extend by two days and just paid extra at key reclaim without issue. Exiting was slightly trickier and some instructions given that there are 2 sets of barriers to get through and inexplicably numberplate recognition doesn't work if you extend.”
