“Amazed at the standard and quality of service.
We found it so easy, it was so simple to use but having not used it before there were plenty of people around to help. Park in the bay, go to the building, follow the simple instructions on the screen, place your keys in the drawer and then it’s a 2 minute walk over to the terminal. Returning was just as simple snd the car was ready and waiting. Worth the money.
I would definitely use this service again and thank you to all those on hand who helped.”

“No problems on arrival had watched video and was pleased people were in attendance if any issues.
On terminal we arrived back at, followed exit signs but not really well sign posted to get back to Fast Park, ended up heading for Tram/Bus not knowing we had to cross roads and cut through car park to reach Fast Park for keys pick up.”
“Used this for the first time. It was a bit confusing to start with ( like any automated checkout) but there was someone there to help so all good. We forgot about keeping hold of the ticket receipt that tells you what colour-coded zone your car keys are in on return… but again thete was a really helpful guy there who helped us - just scanning the barcode on any machine told us the correct colour coded box area. Keys there, details of parking bay & we were all set. Parking barriers then open automatically to let you exit.
We paid extra for Fast Track & it was worth it too.”
