“It was brilliant - would have been even more brilliant if I wasn’t charged a £25 “admin fee” for checking in early, our flight was changed to an earlier flight and I was unable to modify the booking and the phone number given was out of order. Aside from that rubbish start, couldn’t fault the whole process.”
