“Fast park process works well but this time around on collection ( after a 4 day stay ) the outside of my car was filthy . Had obviously been left in a very dusty/ dirty place . Not happy.”

“The service was excellent. I drove to the airport, went to the booth to get my picture taken, parked, handed the keys in to the box, and collected my ticket for the return journey. Upon my return, I went to the pick-up point, collected the car keys, and headed home easily.
The only comment I have is about the exit barriers. I collected a ticket for the exit barrier, and when I proceeded to exit the last barrier on screen, it said I owed them £7.00. I called in and explained the situation, and on my way again, I am unsure if I went out the correct way.”
