“The flight was delayed and I also had an incident on the flight so my arrival to collect the car was delayed and you charged me extra even though it was really late in the night so not happy about it.”

“I had to extend my leave by four days this cost me a further £75 which would have been cheaper to cancel then rebook but the advisor advised me to to it when I arrived. Up on return it then cost me a further £7 to get out of the car park
