“Excellent service. When there was a problem there were plenty of staff to help. Only problem I had were entering the Photo Booth and not realising I had to press a button on a machine out of my car window so not close enough! And scanning the QR code on collection which if the two scanning devices to use. Was it the optical one or the magnetic credit card type of scanner. It is the latter!”
“Convenient to park quickly and get to the terminal but there were no luggage trolleys which made it very difficult to move all our bags because we were travelling with a baby. The key sticker attachment was confusing thankfully there was a guy there helping but I think he was only there to fix a machine. On return there needs to be better sign posts leaving the terminal to find it but easy pickup of keys once there.”
