“Convenient to park quickly and get to the terminal but there were no luggage trolleys which made it very difficult to move all our bags because we were travelling with a baby. The key sticker attachment was confusing thankfully there was a guy there helping but I think he was only there to fix a machine. On return there needs to be better sign posts leaving the terminal to find it but easy pickup of keys once there.”
“Second time using fast park, first time was seamless. This time the drop-off was seamless but following a delay our keys weren’t ready on our return and after a long day of travelling the staff member was quizzing us to give us the keys - good in a sense of security but also not what you need after a long stressful day.”
