“Fast park was extremely efficient with helpful staff barrier from there opened immediately to let me out but then I struggled to get out the other barrier which wouldn't open and I had to wait ages to get help.”

“Very early morning arrival, never used this service before, staff were on hand to explain and direct me. Quickly and efficiently parked, deposited keys and advised how to pick them up on my return. 2 minute walk to check-in desk. On return picked up keys without any problems, easy walk to parking location. Exited car park and on the road home within 5 minutes.”
“The drop of and pick up were very efficient however we were charged additional fees both at drop-off and pick up which were unexpected and a bit disappointing. Also the additional fee outgoing was £15 for 15 minutes whereas on our return flight the additional cost was £7 for two hours therefore it is not consistent”
