“As a woman alone and arriving back in the dark at night, I did feel slightly uncomfortable in having to walk all the way to the long stay parking. I will always try and get into the mid stay, but it wasn't possible on this occasion.”
“Got parked up no problem, just remember to take photo of closest sign to car so you can find it when you return. Only issue was when leaving, ticket said £190 due, but was pre-booked and prepaid, not the first time this has happened, but pressed customer service button and they fixed it.”
“Turned out we could have parked for much less close by with a shuttle bus, the stop for that bus was closer to the terminal building.
On leaving the car park having booked and prepaid we were told there was an outstanding payment of £240!
I easily made contact with some one who took the car details and then without explanation opened the barrier.
We later saw there was an error with the number plate recorded by number plate recognition on our arrival, a U had become an O. Perhaps the camera lense needs cleaning?
A bit worrying at first but hopefuly all sorted.
