“Having prebooked and paid, on arrival at the car park I was surprised to be issued a ticket, which suggested I might have to pay again on exit. However, whilst away, I discovered my booking reference was on the ticket, so assumed all was ok. The car park was easy to find and there were plenty of spaces, but on return there were no signs showing the way from the terminal to the long stay car park, and we ended up in the hire car area! The price for parking was very reasonable - about half what we would have paid if the car had been left at our airport hotel.”
“Parking was smooth after online booking. Just drive in drive out. Only criticism is lack of signage to terminal once you have parked. I parked in the dark and although it is obvious what direction the terminal is, signs showing the shortest route would have helped.”
