“Worlds worst experience, online ux is poor you end up booking for comepletely wrong hours, they then have no problem charge you twice as much to get your car out. Staff on the gates are arrogant. You need to spend 20mins driving round looking for a spot with cars littered on the access roads and verges. No shuttle bus. What the hell are we paying for? - i left with a feeling that i'd been the victim of a crime”

“Very simple entry and exit to the car park, via ANPR. Was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find a space, which given it was the peak of the holiday season, I was not expecting. One thing I found problematic was the tactile paving each side of the zebra crossings in the car park... not very compatible with a wheeled suitcase.”
