“Parking at Edinburgh Airport was really convenient. Getting to the parking areas from the motorway was easy. We did a pre-booking but the system did not recognize our license plate correctly. However, support was able to help us quickly and we could enter and leave without problems.”

“When we arrived it was a total shambles cars parked or should I say abandoned everywhere roads blocked you obviously sell to many tickets for the spaces you have”

We are aware that customers are leaving their vehicles out with the designated parking bays and we are working with the relevant teams to monitor this. Its disappointing to see that some customers are causing obstructions for other customers, if customers are finding it difficult to find a space we will always provide alternative parking option if they ring the barrier.

“Paid for 4 days, Our flight was delayed by 3 hours - came back to the car and upon exit was forced to pay £50 before I could leave!!! This is in addition to the £40 paid for 4 days! Customer Services at the gate were rude and showed no compassion to the situation which was clearly out of our control! Book with CAUTION!!!!!”

“I found the long stay parking less expensive than the mid stay parking which is only a few minutes extra walk to the terminal ( via the mid stay parking)”
