“I had an issue because the online booking system automatically entered a 1 week period, which I didn’t notice as was in a hurry. Consequently flagged that I only needed 2 days’ parking before I departed but never received a response - overpaid by £60 as a result!”

“Had a huge problem getting to Departures and on my return from Arrivals. After parking you need to find a luggage trolley - there were none, then find your way through the car park with no dedicated lane for those on foot or for the trolley. Very poorly signposted. Basically had to use the Control Tower as an aiming point. On arriving back - no trolleys in the Arrivals - even worse journey back through the car park. If I could be bothered I would challenge the 10-12 min walk that is advertised on the Edinburgh Parking website. If you are going on holiday for two weeks and have no baggage then the long term parking is for you. Would give no stars if that were possible.

I understand how frustrating it will have been to discover there were no trolleys available. Our trolleys are in constant rotation, which means once they have left an area, they must be collected by a member of staff, and processed back into their designated zones. This unfortunately takes time, and on this occasion has meant that the area you were in had no available trolleys.
I’m sorry to hear you found our wayfinding confusing. Clear signage is one of the most important things to have in any busy environment, but especially in an airport. Please be assured that we are actively working on our wayfinding strategy, and we will ensure feedback, like yours, is brought into the discussion.
