“Great place to park when on a weekend mini break! Prices are very reasonable and it's only a short walk down to the Terminal. Wouldn't go anyplace else!!”
“Booking & accessing the carpark was fine but despite what is stated on your website, "Telephone help points are located near Blue Badge spaces and help will be provided free of charge for passengers who need special assistance. Assistance is available for passengers with a disability, who require help with provision or movement of a wheelchair or help with baggage. Please contact our team by using one of the telephone help points, " when we phoned as instructed we were told we had to make our own way to the taxi rank. My husband is on crutches and we had booked special assistance for the flight. We made our way slowly to the taxi rank but there was nobody there to assist, so we used one of the wheelchairs and I pushed him into the terminal. Coming back was no better, the assistant pushing the wheelchair through the terminal refused to take us any further than the taxi rank and said there was a bus to the long stay car park, (not the case.) I said that I would push my husband to the car but was told we couldn't take the wheelchair to the carpark. Eventually it was agreed we could take the wheelchair provided we left it somewhere safe. We are both in our 70's, my husband has very limited mobility and we would never have booked the long stay car park if we had thought there would be no assistance available. I will be sending a formal complaint to the airport
