“Why has the shuttle bus been removed? This is a real problem for anyone who is injured, old or disabled. When I arrived at the carpark, it was almost full to capacity, and I had to park in lane J, which is almost the furthest part of the carpark away from the terminal. Having to pull two heavy bags that distance each way was very difficult and painful. Not only that, but the price for parking has gone up sharply. I have been using this carpark for many years, but this is an unacceptable decline in the quality of service.”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020 and the car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.
