“Great value parking if you want to walk to the terminal. The only improvement i’d suggest is the signage to reach the pedestrian route when it’s the middle of the night. It’s lacking in some areas if you’ve never parked there before, so it took me a while to figure it out!”
“First time using the long stay car park . (I have a blue badge). Took a while to find a parking place !! Then discovered I was a good bit away from the airport. Walking through the car park I noticed there was a car park nearer but couldn't work out how to get into it .I did find a disabled parking bay .which I was able to go back abd get my car and park there but still a bit of a walk .”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 6–8-minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers.

“Although I had prepaid for my 4 day stay, when I approached the barrier to exit I was faced with a £140.00 payment request.
I spoke with a member of staff whom requested booking and payment details and thankfully they sorted out the issue and I was permitted to exit.
However tad stressful and definitely not what I needed.”

Minor observation though, whilst leaving the car park the pre-paid option had not processed and I had to buzz through to the help desk as it stated over £100 outstanding balance.
