“It all works very well. My only complaint is the need to walk to the terminal now compared to being able to use the shuttle bus as before. It is quite a long walk and if it is poor weather (often in Edinburgh!) then yo are going to get very cold and very wet!”
“Can you please fix the metal barrier fence thingy sticking out as you drive into the barrier, it’s going to damage some cars especially as it’s hard to see in the dark”
“Never again, we were not aware of the changes regarding the shuttle bus service no longer was in operation we are retired and had 4 luggage baggage to take from the car to the airport that day was very cold with ice under foot or it could have been raining and is unacceptable it took us 40 min to get to the airport due to our baggage we will never use this system again”
