Info should say allow at least 10mins to find a space, you never know which way to look. Should have a better system for being able to find a space, spaces cordoned off & released when very busy.. or signs saying no spaces left or right or whatever.

Used that car park as my vehicle is not allowed to low emission zone and my hotel was exactly in a city centre. Reasonable price for 4 days. Very convenient tram and bus connection to the city centre. All in all (long stay car park charge plus return tickets for tram for two) would be roughly the same as any park in a city centre with validation from hotel. I was rather apprehensive about whole experience but everything went smooth and hassle free.

Issue on departure, as asked for £190, and had to use intercom to get barrier up, as pre paid but not recognised. Paths to and from carpark not ideal for wheeled suitcases.

Very convenient and well priced. I use the Long Stay Parking at least once a month. Parking bays are a decent size and my car is safe and secure (I’ve never come back to any scratches or issues after 2-3 days away). Occasionally the number plate recognition doesn’t work when you pre book, but the staff on the intercom are quick to respond and get it sorted with no bother. Finally, the walk to the terminal is fairly short and there are trollies available in the car park (at a cost). I really appreciate not having to wait for a bus to take me to the terminal! However, if I was travelling with a family and lots of bags, I’d probably drop them off at the main terminal first before parking in the Long Stay Parking. It’d cost an extra £5, but well worth it, as I’m not sure the walk would be enjoyable otherwise.

Easy booking, great price, easy walk into the airport, no hassle when plane was 2 hours late back to Edinburgh - and I couldn't find my parking ticket at 11pm. Quick phone call and nice man let me through the barrier!
