“Purchased to replace some old Arthur Price knives that had become quite badly marked on the blades. It was curious that although almost identical to the old knives, the handles were, as described, solid, whereas the earlier ones had hollow handles. They can be used alongside the old ones without the difference being noticeable, but I wonder why they changed.”
