“This is the third Kitchensid processor that I’ve bought. All the same model and each with major issues.
With the first one the motor burnt out in less than two weeks of use.
The replacement - the blade was jammed in when making hummus and would not come out.
I thought that I must just be really unlucky so got a third replacement - in under a week the blade again got so stuck that it won’t come out and it can’t be used.
I also have a 2.1 kitchenaid food processor and it’s brilliant, hence why I’ve persevered with tthe 3.1. I can only think that the model us faulty to have so many issues with it in such a short space of time. Kitchenaid deny this.”
