“This is the worst coffee machine I have bought so far in my life.
I bought this bean to cup coffee machine. But taste of coffee brewed out just lousy, whether I use beans or powder of the best quality.
Want to return it, but retailer does not want refund me for this as I have used it.
But wonder how I can know the quality of product unless I use it?
I have the statutory rights to return this item within 28days of purchase, but retailer not accepting it. Would be grateful for your help.

“It's completely useless as it grinds the coffee much too coarsely - coarser than demerara sugar. This is too coarse even for a cafetiere and for a filter machine, where the water passes through the coffee and the grounds do not stay in it, it's impossible to get a cup of coffee of reasonable strength even (wastefully) using a whole hopper of beans for one cup. Cuisinart say the grind cannot be altered, so the machine is not fit for purpose.”
“At first I worried that I would struggle setting it up,but watched a youtube video and it was easy. Just enjoyed first cup of bean to cup coffee and it was good. A very quality looking machine at an excellent price. I would definitely recommend.”
“This machine was purchased to replace a similar Cuisinart model that was in almost daily use for more years than we can remember - at least fifteen but probably more. The successor has been smartened up a little externally but is essentially the same as its predecessor so we are looking forward to many years of reliable service and good coffee.”
