“This pan has such a lovely weight to it, matches in perfectly with my other pans in 16, 18 and 20cm, and completes my set! Ideal for boiling eggs, making hot chocolate, whipping up a béchamel sauce, cooking rice or any other kitchen tasks where you are working with smaller quantities which my 16cm pan felt just a little too big for. I can see myself using this on a regular basis, and hopefully it will be an investment for my lifetime!”
