“Nice pan but the actual flat cooking surface is much smaller than the images suggest. It may be 26cm diameter at the top but it’s probably nearer 16cm on the bottom. Accordingly, it will be great for items immersed in liquid, but does not have a great capacity for frying.”
“Delivery on this item was great and it it much lighter and therefore useable than the Le Creuset cast iron pans but unfortunately the non-stick surface scratched the first time I used it even though I was using a plastic spatula. However overall it cooks very well and evenly.”
